A magnetic box with foam tray is only as good as the fit of its cavity. If the tray is 2 mm too loose the earbuds rattle, if it is 2 mm too tight the customer cannot pull the product out. This custom earbuds packaging is built around a CNC cut tray engineered to your exact product drawing, wrapped in a printed rigid gift box that carries your brand on every shelf.

Product Overview

The rigid gift box body is made from 1200 to 1500 gsm greyboard, wrapped in 157 gsm art paper with your full color artwork, then finished with matte lamination, foil stamping or spot UV. Hidden magnets hold the lid aligned so the box closes with a controlled snap instead of a loose flap, which is the difference between a luxury packaging box and a folding carton.

Inside, the foam tray is the real engineering. We cut EVA foam, flocked EVA, PU leather wrapped EVA or molded pulp trays on a CNC line with a tolerance of plus or minus 0.5 mm, so the charging case, the spare ear tips and the USB cable each sit in their own cavity. Velvet flocking keeps glossy plastic surfaces free of scratches, and a ribbon pull tab lets the customer lift the product without digging with a fingernail.

Q2. How do I know the foam cut will fit my earbuds exactly?

A: Send a 3D file, a technical drawing or a physical sample. We cut a first article tray and photograph the product seated in the cavity for your approval before mass production. If the fit is wrong on our side, we redo it free.

Q3. Which tray material should I choose, EVA or molded pulp?

A: EVA and flocked EVA give the best protection and the most premium look, and they suit electronics. Molded pulp is the right choice when your retailer or your market requires plastic free packaging. Both can be quoted side by side.

Q4. How long does production take and can you meet a launch date?

A: 12 to 18 working days after artwork approval, plus 3 to 5 days for the sample. For confirmed launch dates we book production capacity in advance and provide a written delivery schedule with the PI.

Q5. Can you print our artwork on a black box with gold foil?

A: Yes. Black board or black printed wrap with gold, silver or rose gold foil is our most requested combination for audio products. We send a foil strike test photo so you can judge the coverage before bulk.

Q6. Do you offer DDP shipping and who handles the customs duty?

A: We quote DDP door to door to US and EU addresses, with duty and clearance handled by our forwarder. Door delivery usually takes 20 to 30 days after shipment, and we share tracking until the goods arrive.

Q7. What are the payment terms for a first order?

A: 30 percent deposit with the order and 70 percent before shipment. T/T, L/C at sight, PayPal and Trade Assurance are accepted. Repeat buyers can apply for net 30 terms after three completed orders.

A: Yes. We make a pre-production sample with the real board, magnets and tray in 3 to 5 working days. You pay the sample cost and courier freight, and the sample cost is refunded against your bulk order.

A: Each box is bagged, hanger and corners are protected, and cartons are 5 layer K equal K with a weight cap of 18 kg. We add pallets or corner boards for LCL and air shipments on request.
